Accessibility Statement

Last updated: June 2025

Our commitment

Luminode Limited is committed to ensuring that ecqoapp.com and the Ecqo Chrome extension are accessible to people with disabilities. We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA.

Current status

We strive to meet WCAG 2.1 Level AA. Known measures implemented include:

  • Semantic HTML elements throughout all pages
  • Sufficient colour contrast ratios (minimum 4.5:1 for normal text)
  • Keyboard-navigable interface — all interactive elements are reachable via Tab and activatable with Enter or Space
  • ARIA labels on icon-only buttons
  • Responsive layout that works at up to 400% text zoom
  • Focus indicators visible on all interactive elements
  • No content that flashes more than 3 times per second

Browser compatibility

The Ecqo extension is designed for Google Chrome. The marketing website (ecqoapp.com) is tested on current versions of Chrome, Firefox, Safari, and Edge.

Known limitations

While we work hard to make Ecqo accessible, some areas may not yet be fully compliant. We are actively working to improve these. If you encounter a specific barrier, please let us know.

Reporting an issue

If you experience an accessibility issue on the Ecqo website or extension, please contact us:

Please describe the problem, the page or feature affected, and the assistive technology you are using. We will respond within 5 business days.
